Q5 WORLDWIDE HAM RADIO ---> Founded and hosted by Kevin Thomas (W1DED), Q5 Worldwide Ham Radio is "a modern, multi-channel media platform for amateur radio - because how people engage with content has changed. Some read. Some listen. Some scroll. We meet operators where they are, delivering thoughtful stories, sharp interviews, and curated insights across Substack, YouTube, podcast platforms, and more. We take the craft seriously: strong writing, compelling photography, and real editing - not just content for content's sake. Our job is to inform, inspire, and elevate the conversation - so hams can focus on what they do best: innovating, operating, and keeping the spirit of amateur radio alive". See https://www.q5hamradio.com/ for the direct links to Q5 online magazine (Substack), video interviews (YouTube), audio podcasts (Spotify), and social media (Facebook and Instagram). QSL 3B9FR ---> Charles, M0OXO is no longer the QSL manager for 3B9FR. "Robert has recently returned to the hobby after a break", Charles says. "He now wishes to pursue the QSO confirmation route personally by himself. He states that he no longer wishes to use LoTW, QRZ.Com or Club Log and asks that should anyone require a card, they should email him personally". See https://www.qrz.com/db/3B9FR for the details. All current QSL card requests using M0OXO's OQRS have been completed and are up to date (pending the next bureau shipment). THE VU4AX DX-ADVENTURE BOOK ---> With its 56 full-color pages in A4 format, this book "offers an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the VU4AX DXpedi- tion, featuring stories and stunning photographs from the participating operators". See https://www.dx-adventure.com/en/vu4ax-book/ for the details. + SILENT KEY + The International Amateur Radio Union has announced the pass- ing of David Court (EI3IO) earlier this month. "David was a leading figure in international spectrum management on behalf of the amateur service, bringing decades of technical and regulatory experience to his volunteer work at the highest levels of global telecommunications governance. David served on the IARU Region 1 Executive Committee and was a key contrib- utor to IARU's presence in the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and regional telecommunication organizations such as CEPT. His leadership was particularly critical in advancing amateur access to the 50?MHz band, culminating in the successful outcome at WRC-19, where a 6- meter allocation was approved on a secondary basis in many countries".
