It is available on Google Play - free of charge, no ads. Enjoy! ITALY & 60 METRES ---> The WRC-15 60m band allocation has been released for amateur radio use in Italy. The national frequency plan, published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale (the official journal of the Italian government) on 19 October, now allows the use from 5351.5 to 5366.5 kHz on a secondary basis with with a maximum power of 15 watts EIRP. QSL NOT VIA NR6M ---> "Due to circumstances in my personal life", NR6M says, I am no longer doing QSL manager work. I am only managing my personal call and V47UR. For all the stations that I was previously managing, please contact the individual callsign owners on how to obtain their QSL cards". According to his qrz.com cached page (8 October 2018), Rex was the QSL manager for 5W0W, A52PD, A6/N2IEN, C6/N2IEN, CO2HQ, DU1/W7XA, DU1KA, DU1WGA, EL2BWI, EL2EF, FJ/KB2HZI, FJ/N2IEN, FJ/NN2DX, FJ/W2RE, FJ/WW2DX, H40IOTA, H44IND, H44IOTA, H44RK, H44USMC, HH2/N2IEN, HH2AA, J8/WW2DX, NN2DX, NP4R, OY/N2IEN, OY/W2RE, OY/WW1X, OY/WW2DX, OY6A (IARU 2015 only), TG9AJR, V26PD, VK4EI, VK4SWE, VK7XX, VP2EZZ, VP2V/AA7V, VP2V/K6TOP, VP2V/KE2VB, VP2V/N2IEN, VP2V/N3DXX, YJ0AT, YJ0RK, ZF2AV, ZL1G, ZL2HAM, ZM1G, ZR9C and ZS6WN. TT8KO ---> After being forced to QRT on 10 October and prevented from leaving Chad since 18 October [425DXN 1433], eventually Ken, LA7GIA (TT8KO) was permitted to go home. He was no longer allowed to get on the air, but was able to dismantle all of his antennas. His flight was booked for 25 October. VP6D ---> The first QSO in the log was made on 20 October at 04:16 UTC. The latest statistics update (8 UTC on 26 October) shows 51827 QSOs made on CW (28743), SSB (13520), FT8 (8916), RTTY (646) and PSK (2) with 15453 unique stations (29.82 %) located in North America (56.84 %), Europe (24.94 %), Asia (13.12 %), rest of the world (5.1%). The most productive bands so far are 20m and 40m (13375 and 11377 QSOs respectively). "We know Ducie is an ATNO for many DXers", the team on the island says. "However, we are seeing far too many dupes. People are working us and a few minutes later working us again, the operators are getting a bit frustrated. DXA availability depends on two Ducie Island networks that are subject to intermittent outage. If either network drops out DXA does not do a refresh to pick up missing calls". So "do not rely on what may show on DXA, but check the 'Logsearch & OQRS' page on https://www.vp6d.com for the official record of your contact". The team knows that "some FT8 QSOs are not in the log yet", but they are "working that problem". For busted calls, not in log, etc., follow the guide on the website's 'QSL Information' page. =========================== *** 4 2 5 D X N E W S *** ******* QSL ROUTES ******* =========================== Edited by I1JQJ & IK1ADH Direttore Responsabile I2VGW =================================================================== CALL MANAGER CALL MANAGER CALL MANAGER =================================================================== 3V8CB LX1NO D41CV IK2NCJ OX7AM OZ1ACB 3Z100M SP6IEQ D4Z HB9DUR [d] P40T VE3DZ 4G1L EA5GL D4Z IK2NCJ P40W N2MM 4K0KRB 4J6RO DS0AHQ 6K2ECY P43K RW6HS 4K28MAY 4K4K DU3LA W3HNK PA6JAM PD5CW 4K6FO DC9RI EA8/RV1AW RU1AE PJ7PL N2HX 4K7Z RU3SD EG1SIC EA1URV PZ5K G3NKC 4U0WFP S57DX EG8GSD EA8AAG RI1ANW RN1ON 4U2U UA3DX EH3JAM EA3URE S9CT CT1BOL 4X6TT N4GNR EH3WRC EA3ZK SN100PW SP3ZAC 5B4ALG EC6DX EI8GQB PA3249 SN100TR SP9PGE 5B4ALX IZ4AMS EM0I UT2IZ SN100U SP2UUU 5B4AMM UT5UDX EM1111U US7UU SN100ZHP SP5ZIP 5H3MB IK2GZU EM75QM UR7QM SN2JOTA SP2ZIE 5T2AI NI5DX EY8MM K1BV SN740BAR SP1KRF 5W0DJ VK4MAP FG4KH F1DUZ SP100PAZ SP6PAZ 7Q6M K6ZO GB2GP GI4FUM SP100ZCF SP9ZCF 8P5A HA1AG GH0STH G4DIY SP306PAF SP2KJH 8P9DA WW5DD GM9C MM0GHM SU8JOTA SM5AQD 8Q7PE PE7T HA44FF HA5OKE SW9AG DL9USA 9A0HRS 9A3JB HC1DAZ AC7HU SW9CW DL5CW 9A36W 9A6W HC1PE EC6DX T30TM VK1TX 9H3GG EA1AST HD5J HC5ARC T45FM RW6HS 9H3ND DF4WX HF100SCI SP9SCI T88AQ JH6WDG 9H3ZY OK1FZM HF800W SQ6ILG T88RH JR6DRH 9K2GS EC6DX HG480UD HA0NAR TC29OCT YM1KE 9K2OD EC6DX HK3JCL DK8LRF TG9ADV EC6DX 9M2TO JA0DMV HL06NWPF HL5BJU TG9AOR EC6DX 9M4PMC 9M2DA HR1LW JA1LW TI2CF W3HNK 9M4SJSB 9W6DAD II3BVV IQ3VV TM220BP F4GFE 9X9PJ N4GNR II9BP IT9ZEO TM4RUM F4AVX A25SL N4GNR IO8MQP IZ8EDJ TM62GG F4AHN A43JOTA A47OS J28PJ F1TMY TM63CDP F6BDE A52BH OH2BH J68GD K9AW TM6WPD F5LQE A52C E21EIC J68SL WF2S TM84S F4KJK A52IC E21EIC J79WTA HB9MFM TO1J JF2QNM A52IST JA1HGY JW5X LA5X TU5MH DF3FS A52ZB DJ9ZB JW6VDA OH2NRG V26B KA2AEV A5A JH1AJT KL7J N3SL V26RA K3RA A60JOTA A61BK KL7RA NI5DX V73MT M0OXO A65BG PA5M KP4/EI9FBB M0OXO VK9PM ZL2HM AM7JAM EA7JOE LA6JAM LA5G VK9XG G3TXF AM9JAM EA9URC LU1DK EC6DX VP5D W3HNK BV50IARU BV2FP LU1DX EC6DX VY0ERC M0OXO C91CCY K3IRV LX9S HB9AOF XT2SZZ S59ZZ CN2DPB EB1DPB OE100ES OE3XAS XW1IC E21EIC CN3A IK2OHG OG73X OH8L XW4XR E21EIC CO2RQ EA5AC OH0X OH2TA YB0ARJ JJ1RJR CO8LY EA7ADH OH0Z W0MM YJ0GC LZ1GC CP5HK EC6DX OH8X OH0XX [d] ZF1EJ K6AM CR140AA CU3AA OH8X OH6KN ZF2IN N6WIN CS2TTC CT7ABF OL100CSR OK1MP ZF2MX KI6SMX CT9/OM2KW OM2FY OM100CSR OM2FY ZF2RR KI6RRN CX2AQ EA5KB OM777CS OM0CS ZF2WW KK6NON CX2DK EA5GL ON4JOTA ON4GDV ZF9CW K5GO CX5UA EA5KB OX3LX OZ0J ZL7X JA0VSH D41CV HB9DUR [d] OX7AKT OZ1ACB ZS6RAS EA5GL 9L1YXJ Mark A.
