6W - The Italian DXpedition Team https://www.i2ysb.com/idt/) has an-
nounced plans to operate from Senegal sometime between October and
November 2026. Four stations will be active on all modes and bands.
Details are expected in due course.
CO - T40FRC is a special callsign used on various bands and modes by the
Grupo DX de Cuba to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Federa-
cion de Radioaficionados de Cuba, established on 15 July 1966.
Please note that due to frequent and widespread power outages,
operating activity may be intermittent. QSL via LoTW. [TNX OPDX
Bulletin]
F - TM113TDF (4-18 July) and TM113TDFH (19-26 July) are two special
callsigns to be used during this year's 113th edition of the Tour
de France. Look for activity on various bands SSB, CW and digital
modes. QSL for both callsigns via eQSL.
GJ - Holger, DG3FEH will be active as MJ/DG3FEH from Jersey (EU-013) on
18-23 July. He will operate SSB on 40, 20 and 15 metres, and via
QO-100. [TNX DX Newsletter]
IS0 - Giorgio, IZ3KVD will be active holiday style as IS0/IZ3KVD from Bu-
doni, Sardinia Island (EU-024) on 8-17 July. QSOs will be uploaded
to LoTW and Club Log; QSL via LZ1JZ.

KH0 - Dave, KJ9I will be active as W0M from Saipan, Mariana Islands on 1-
13 August. This will be a 6m EME DXpedition, with activity planned
on 50186 kHz (or to be determined on site) using Q65-60° Pileup
mode. See https://www.qrz.com/db/W0M for more information.
SV9 - Borut, S50B will be active holiday style as SV9/S50B from several
locations on Crete (EU-015) on 11-24 July. He will operate CW, SSB
and digital modes on 40-6 metres. QSL via the bureau to home call;
QSOs will be uploaded to LoTW, eQSL and QRZ.
UA - The Arctic's Legends IOTA DXpedition team has gathered in Arkhan-
gelsk, but their departure is facing a brief technical delay. After
an extended period in storage, the team's LookOut satellite beacon
failed. Because safety regulations strictly prohibit crossing the
12-mile territorial limit without a working beacon, a replacement
has been ordered via express delivery. As soon as the new unit is
installed, the team will set sail aboard the "Apostol Andrey". You
will be able to follow her route: https://share.garmin.com/ua9kdf.
Apparently they still plan to be QRV from five IOTA groups using as
many different callsigns: RI1PC from Chaichiy Island (EU-160),
RT25AA from Novaya Zemlya (EU-035), RI0BW from Vize (AS-055), RI0BU
from Uyedineniya (AS-057), RI0BI from Isachenko (AS-050). Updates
are posted to Telegram: https://t.me/rt9k_club.

17-28 July. He will operate SSB, CW, and FT8/FT4 on various bands,
6 metres included, and will participate in the IOTA Contest. QSL
via M0OXO's OQRS.
W - The Island Hopper Group will participate in the IOTA Contest as K4T
from Tangier Island (NA-083). Team members (AD4SA, KB4YPN, KN4CED,
KQ1O, KQ4HNX, WA3RGH) will use their personal callsigns during POTA
activities starting on 22 July. See https://www.qrz.com/db/K4T for
more information.
YO - The first perfect "10.0" in Olympic gymnastics was awarded to 14-
year-old Nadia Comaneci of Romania in July 1976 at the Montreal
Olympic Games. YR50NADIA is the special callsign for members of the
Federatia Romana de Radioamatorism to celebrate the 50th anniver-
sary of that historic score throughout July. See qrz.com for more
information.

Access to the main functions of www.425dxn.org is provided by the 425DXN App
for Android. It is available on Google Play - free of charge, no ads. Enjoy!
9T0MD ---> The Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) faces a highly complex
and long-standing socio-political environment. Ongoing security challenges
in certain regions, coupled with infrastructure difficulties and public
health management - including outbreaks of cholera, measles, and Ebola -
have contributed to significant humanitarian challenges. To ensure the utmost
safety and security of the international team, the operational costs for
this activation have risen significantly. The organizers of the 9T0MD DXpe-
dition (30 September-10 October) are navigating these complex logistics with
the highest standard of precaution, and the team remains hopeful that the
amateur radio community will support this endeavour as it so generously has
in the past: https://www.mdxc.support/9t0md/.
FIFA WORLD CUP: W2C ---> Chasers pursuing certificates for the "2026 World
Soccer Tournament" (https://wc2026ses.org/) please note that QSOs with the
NY/NJ station, W2C, will not count toward the award programme starting on 4
July. This is because another group, unaffiliated with wc2026ses.org, has
reserved the W2C callsign for a separate event running from 4-19 July. QSL
cards for contacts made with W2C between 11 June and 2 July can be requested
via KU9C. If you missed W2C, you can still catch bonus station WC5WC, which
will be active nationwide through 19 July.
INDEXA NEWSLETTER ---> The Summer 2026 issue (#149) of the International DX
